1. Early-stage service

Reward's Mate is a local business discovery marketplace in pilot and early access. Features, screens, business availability, listing coverage and launch timing may change before wider release.

2. Marketplace role

Reward's Mate provides information intended to help users discover local businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Reward's Mate does not sell the business's goods or services, process bookings, process customer payments, provide delivery or act as the business's agent.

3. Illustrative content

Most store pages are built from publicly available information. Little g Pizzeria, Cerin Pasticceria, Novelle Studio and studio perspective.social have given permission to appear here. A listing is not a paid partnership unless we say so. Hours, offers and other business details should be checked with the business before you visit.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Interfere with website security or availability
• Submit false, unlawful or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the website
• Upload harmful code
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

5. Listing interest and suggestions

Submitting a business listing enquiry or a local-business suggestion does not create a partnership, guarantee that a business will be listed, or authorise Reward's Mate to act on behalf of that business.

6. Intellectual property

The Reward's Mate name, logo, website design, application previews, written content and related intellectual property belong to the applicable Reward's Mate or Shopper's Mate entity or its licensors.

7. Third-party websites and services

A business's website, phone service, booking provider, ordering provider or payment provider is a separate service governed by that provider's terms. Links to those services, or to Shopper's Mate, may lead to separately operated websites with their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue website content or early-access features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reward's Mate is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on illustrative website content, unavailable pilot features or third-party websites.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes relating to these Terms.
