Reward's Mate legal
Early Access Terms
These terms apply to the Reward's Mate marketplace pilot, including customer discovery access and business listing interest. This is a product-accurate draft and should be reviewed by qualified Australian legal counsel before production use.
1. Registration
Submitting an early-access registration or business listing enquiry records your interest but does not guarantee selection, access, a live listing or participation in a particular testing round.
2. Eligibility
Reward's Mate may select participants based on location, device compatibility, pilot capacity, business listing availability and testing needs.
3. Product changes
Early-access features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed or removed. Screens and functionality may differ from website previews.
4. Illustrative business profiles
Most store pages are built from publicly available information. Little g Pizzeria, Cerin Pasticceria, Novelle Studio and studio perspective.social have given permission to appear here. A listing enquiry does not create a live owner page until Reward's Mate confirms it.
5. Feedback
Participants may provide comments, suggestions and usability feedback. Reward's Mate may use that feedback to improve its products without an obligation to compensate the participant.
Reward's Mate does not claim ownership of a participant's pre-existing intellectual property.
6. Communications
Operational messages relating to an early-access application may be sent as necessary to process the registration.
Marketing and product-update messages require the separate marketing-consent selection shown on the form.
7. No payment
Submitting interest or participating in ordinary early-access testing does not create employment, contractor or payment entitlement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
8. Discovery-only participation
Early-access participation does not create a booking, delivery or payment relationship with Reward's Mate. It also does not guarantee that a listed business will participate in any future rewards program.
9. Removal from testing
Reward's Mate may suspend access where necessary for security, misuse, technical issues or pilot administration.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through early access is handled according to the Reward's Mate Privacy Policy. Read the Privacy Policy
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
